Mobilis honors the winners of the 14th edition of the Grand National Quran Memorization Competition.
Last night, Friday, March 28, 2025, marked the conclusion of the 14th edition of the "Tadj Al-Qur'an" competition, sponsored by Mobilis and hosted at the Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Center in Algiers, where the winners of this competition were honored.
The closing ceremony of this religious competition, organized by the Holy Quran Channel of Algerian Television, witnessed the crowning of six (6) winners—three (3) in the female category and three (3) in the male category—from a total of twenty-four (24) contestants who had reached the final stages.
The journey of the 24 Quran reciters began on Friday, March 7, 2025, and continued throughout the holy month, during which participants showcased their vocal skills and mastery of Quranic recitation.
In the female category, Nawal Ben Yaza from Chlef province won first place, followed by Basmala Ben Abiza from Mascara in second place, and Asma Beltas from Jijel in third place.
In the male category, Elyes Rahal from Tiaret province secured first place, followed by Abderrahmane Taouch from the same province in second place, while Soufiane Temjert from Ghardaïa took third place.
The closing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ibrahim Boughali, President of the People's National Assembly, Mr. Kamel Sidi Said, Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of the General Directorate of Communication, as well as Minister of Communication Mr. Mohamed Meziane, Minister of National Solidarity, Family, and Women's Affairs Mrs. Soraya Mouloudji, and the Dean of the Great Mosque of Algiers, Sheikh Mohamed Mamoun El-Kacimi El-Hassani.
