Personal data protection policy

The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to define the principles and guidelines adopted by ATM Mobilis regarding the processing of personal data.

It also aims to specify the conditions for processing personal data and to highlight the commitments that govern ATM Mobilis with respect to the rights of data subjects (customers, employees, trainees, suppliers, etc.) during the processing or transfer of their data.

1. What are our obligations regarding data protection?

As the Data Controller, ATM Mobilis undertakes to process and protect your collected personal data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 11-25 of July 24, 2025.

In carrying out its activities, ATM Mobilis, as the Data Controller, collects and processes personal data relating in particular to natural persons with whom it interacts, namely suppliers, service providers, partners, and visitors to its website.

2. What personal data is collected?

The personal data collected is defined according to the following categories:

  • Identification data: (last name, first name, national identification number, customer number, customer technical identifiers, subscriber reference);
  • Contact data: (postal or email address);
  • Usage data: (pages visited, destinations contacted);
  • Network connection data: (IP address, connection and usage logs, configuration data and events);
  • Financial data: (payment methods, payment history, amounts);
  • Commercial data: (list of products and services you benefit from).
  • Location data;
  • Responses to satisfaction surveys (feedback, dates and times of visits or contacts with branches);
  • Cookies and other trackers.

3. How long is your personal data retained?

We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

4. How does ATM Mobilis ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data?

ATM Mobilis implements and regularly updates appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and to prevent its alteration, destruction, or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

5. Who are the recipients of the data?

ATM Mobilis only shares your personal data with third parties to the extent necessary for the provision of its services. The collected personal data is transmitted to:

  • Authorized ATM Mobilis departments;
  • Qualified ATM Mobilis employees who have signed a non-disclosure commitment;
  • ATM Mobilis subcontractors who have signed a confidentiality agreement regarding the protection of personal data.

ATM Mobilis may only transfer personal data to a foreign country if that country ensures an adequate level of protection of privacy as well as the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with respect to the processing to which such data is subject.

6. What are your rights regarding your personal data?

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18-07, you have the following rights: the right to information, the right of access, the right of rectification, and the right to object.

  • Right of access: Article 34 of Law No. 18-07.

 If you wish to access your personal data, you may send your request to the email address indicated below. We will provide you with a copy of the personal data covered by your request.

  • Right of rectification: Article 35 of Law No. 18-07.

 If you find that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request its modification or completion. This request must be sent to the email address mentioned below.

  • Right to object: Article 36 of Law No. 18-07.

 If you do not agree with the processing of your data, you may, for legitimate reasons, object by sending a request to the email address indicated below.
