With "MobiliS@fe", you can:


  • Protect your children from inappropriate, violent, or shocking content.
  • Filter access to specific categories of websites, applications, or platforms deemed unsuitable.
  • Restrict or block children’s access to social media and streaming services.
  • Link your children's SIM numbers to your own (administrator) for centralized, secure, and convenient management.


Subscription and Management of the "MobiliS@fe" Service


Subscription

To subscribe to the service, you must:

  1. Visit a Mobilis commercial agency with a valid identification document.
  2. Fill out and sign a subscription form available at the agency.

Service Management

The "MobiliS@fe" service is fully managed at Mobilis commercial agencies. You can visit an agency at any time to:

  • Add a filtering profile.
  • Remove a filtering profile if necessary.


Service Deactivation


You can deactivate the "MobiliS@fe" service at any time by:

  • Visiting a Mobilis commercial agency.
  • Contacting the Mobilis Call Center via 666 or 888.
