How do I activate call forwarding to my voicemail ?

You can simply set up a call forwarding to 699 for free, depending on the type of call forwarding you want (busy, unreachable, unconditional, no answer), using the corresponding abbreviated codes

What are the call forwarding codes ?
  • Unconditional Call Forwarding: **21*699# ok

Deactivation: ##21#

  • Call Forwarding if Unreachable: **62*699# ok

Deactivation: ##62#

  • Call Forwarding if Busy: **67*699# ok

Deactivation: ##67#

  • Call Forwarding if No Answer: **61*699# ok

Deactivation: ##61#

How to check your voicemail messages ?

To check your messages, simply call 123 from your Mobilis line

You can also check it from another Mobilis line by calling 124 or from another operator by calling 0660 600 124

When you receive a voicemail message, you will be sent an SMS notification

How to disable my voicemail ?

You can disable voicemail by canceling call forwarding from your phone's menu or by using the corresponding forwarding codes. You can also dial ##002# to cancel all forwarding

What are the voicemail settings?
  • Message duration: 60 seconds
  • Number of messages stored: 10 text messages / for 8
  • Number of saved messages: 5 text messages
