Article 1: Organization

ATM Mobilis, a public mobile telecommunications operator in Algeria, with its headquarters located in the business district of Bab Ezzouar, Algiers, and registered in the commercial register under number 03B0962287, organizes a contest during the month of Ramadan titled: "Naghmati & MobMic."


Article 2: Conditions and Methods of Participation

This contest is open to any natural person residing in Algeria, holding a Mobilis SIM card, and having access to Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or TikTok.

ATM Mobilis will take into account the name of the SIM card holder used in the contest when awarding the prize.

If the SIM card holder is a minor, ATM Mobilis will award the prize to their legal guardian.

Participants can enter the contest through the following social media pages:

To participate, the user must:

1- Purchase one of the "Plans Voiture" packages (Sama or Twenty) for prepaid subscribers, available via *#600#, authorized sales points, the Meetmob website, or at Mobilis commercial agencies.


2- Download the content:

- Download ringtones via the "Naghmati" service

- Modify and personalize messages via the "MobMic" service.

For postpaid subscribers, they must have paid all their bills and subscribed to the Naghmati and MobMic services while downloading the content.


The use of the "Naghmati" service is available through:

1- Calling 680

2- Dialing *680#

3- Visiting the site https://mobmic.mobilis.dz:9082

4- Sending keywords by SMS to 680

The use of the "MobMic" service is available through:

1- Dialing *682#

2- Sending an SMS to 682

3- Via the platform https://mobmic.mobilis.dz:9082


Winners will be selected based on their participation, with a ranking of participants who earned the most points according to the following scale:

- 40 points for purchasing the Plan Voiture 2080 package;

- 15 points for purchasing the Plan Voiture 1580 package;

- 5 points for purchasing the Plan Voiture 1080 package;

- 2 points for downloading content.

The counter will be reset every week.

Each participant is entitled to only one prize during the duration of the contest.

The participant must comply with the rules of the contest as attached to this regulation.


Article 3: Exclusion

People who cannot participate in this contest include:

- Employees of companies involved in the design, organization, and execution of the contest, as well as their families.

- ATM Mobilis reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not respect the integrity of the contest and/or in case of cheating or fraud.

- Participants who have already won in this contest.


Article 4: Prizes Offered

- 12 cars, each worth 2.5 million DZD.

- ATM Mobilis does not provide any guarantees regarding the offered prizes.

- ATM Mobilis is not responsible for the use of the prizes or any incidents related to their use.

- The names of the winners will be published with their photos on ATM Mobilis' social media pages.


Article 5: Image Rights

Each contest winner must give their explicit consent for the use of their identity, photos, or any other information by ATM Mobilis for advertising purposes, without compensation or restriction.


Article 6: Intellectual Property

All concepts, logos, trademarks, and product names used in this contest remain the exclusive property of ATM Mobilis.


Article 7: Responsibilities

ATM Mobilis cannot be held responsible in case of technical issues, network failure, or software malfunction.

Participation in this contest implies irrevocable acceptance of the terms and principles of this regulation.

Any participant who violates one or more of the rules of this regulation will be excluded from the contest.

In the case of proven exceptional circumstances, ATM Mobilis reserves the right to modify this contest without prior notice.

It is strictly forbidden for a participant to file a complaint via negative comments damaging the reputation of the company on social media, which may lead to legal action.


Article 8: Selection of Winners and Prize Distribution

Three winners will be selected each week during the month of Ramadan, based on the number of points accumulated, and will be ranked according to the above-mentioned criteria.

At the end of the contest, with the winners' consent, their names, surnames, and province will be published on ATM Mobilis' social media pages.

ATM Mobilis will also announce the prize distribution date and how to collect them.

Winners must appear in person with their national identity card to collect their prize, sign a receipt, and take a souvenir photo.

Winners who cannot attend the prize distribution day will have an additional 5 working days to claim their prize. After this period, they will no longer be able to claim their prize.

ATM Mobilis also reserves the right to replace the prize with another similar prize or one of equal value if it is unable to deliver the prize for any reason.


Article 9: Personal Data

The participant acknowledges and agrees that the personal data collected as part of this contest will be subject to technical processing. This data will be used by ATM Mobilis, in compliance with Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data.


Article 10: Regulation

This regulation can be consulted throughout the duration of the game, starting from the launch date, on the website www.Mobilis.dz as well as via the link that will be published in posts on social media.


Article 11: Withdrawal

Withdrawal from receiving the prize, whether or not notified to ATM Mobilis, does not entitle to any reward or compensation, regardless of the reason.


Article 12: Complaints

Any complaint regarding this contest can be sent to ATM Mobilis' customer service via:

- By phone at 666/888 via the Mobilis line.

- Or via the long numbers 666 600 0660 / 888 600 0660.

- Or via the "Contact Us" section on the website www.mobilis.dz.

- Or by visiting our commercial agencies.

- Via private messages on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter).

No complaints or disputes will be accepted after 30 days from the end of the contest.

It is strictly forbidden for a participant to file a complaint via negative comments damaging the reputation of the company on social media, which may lead to legal action.


Article 13: Disputes and Arbitration

In the event of a dispute concerning the application, execution, or interpretation of this regulation, and if no amicable agreement is reached, the parties will resort to arbitration by the Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE).


This regulation has been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in force in Algeria.
